Establish and maintain project organization.Review client contracts to understand requirements & protocols.Ensure that all contract milestones are being met, documented, and communicated.Ensure Subcontractor compliance & control (subcontracts, billings, releases).Serve as a liaison between Project Managers, Print Operations, Purchasing, & Finance departments.Provide job costing assistance, including budgets, billings.This role reports to the Manager of Build Operations and is based in our Austin, TX office with field work required. The ability to coordinate multiple overlapping tasks essential to a successful project is essential. This individual must be able to successfully collect, process and organize disparate kinds of information and must be able to liaise with numerous stakeholders both internal and external. The Assistant Project Manager will work as a member of the Build Operations team and support multiple different types of projects, including residential, military, and NASA. This candidate should have a comprehensive understanding of the entire construction process from Pre-Construction to C/O. ICON is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the team as we deliver dignified, resilient 3D-printed housing.
